Use of webster to remove cobwebs and high dust. Hand wiping of all horizontal surfaces, disinfecting of all high touch surfaces, vacuuming of all floors and mopping of all hard floors.

BATHROOM
Bathroom specific details- in addition to the general cleaning standard we will dust the lights, wash the mirror, scrub the sink, faucet, shower, tub, around the stool and stool itself.

KITCHEN
Kitchen specific details- in addition to the general cleaning standard we will clean the front of the fridge, empty the fridge and clean inside. Front of dishwasher and oven, stove top, inside and outside of the microwave. We clean the outside of appliances on the counter top. Cabinet fronts are spot cleaned as needed.

RENTAL TURNOVER CLEANING
All cleaning that is preformed for a residential cleaning with the addition of: used linens will be taken to the local laundromat, and the second set of linens on site will be used to make the beds prior to guests arriving. Gingerly clean will deliver and pick up linens for the customer on request. All laundry charges will be applied to the customer’s invoices. Gingerly Clean will also refill soaps, paper products, change towels and rugs as needed for arriving guests. If needed we can purchase these supplies and deliver them to the site. There is a 15% up charge from cost for this service.
